Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nrmin Event, we are committed to providing high-quality event services and products. Please review the following cancellation, refund, and return policy carefully before placing an order or confirming a booking.

Event Decoration, Rental & Event Services

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon payment of 50% of the total agreed amount as a non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation by the Client

Once the booking has been confirmed and the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as materials, scheduling, preparation, and resource allocation are initiated upon confirmation.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than fourteen (14) days before the event date.

Failure to complete the remaining payment within the required period may result in automatic cancellation of the booking. In such cases, any amounts previously paid, including the deposit, shall not be refunded.

Cancellation by Nrmin Event

If Nrmin Event is unable to provide the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to us, the client will be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid.

Products, Gifts & Decorative Items

Returns

Customers may request a return within seven (7) days of receiving the product, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Products made according to customer specifications.
  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
  • Products sold as clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product is received damaged, defective, or different from the order placed, customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, a replacement, repair, or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking and payment provider processing times.
